Do you want to improve your speed and agility on track? 

The only way to do that is to develop your strength... more strength translates to more power. Power is speed. 


Structure On Track has been created specifically for roller derby athletes looking to up their game. From beginners that are new to skating, to seasoned roller derby athletes wanting to go from good to dominant. We will help you get there!

By combining strength and conditioning training with functional accessory work and plyometrics, we create a unique, personalised monthly programme for you to complete in your own time. Our advanced and user friendly programming tools will allow you to log your workout and view instructional videos so you’re always clear on the movement. We will track your exercises, weights, and nutrition progress and provide regular check ins.

 

Whatever your individual goals and needs, our special online personal training platform allows you to train anywhere, anytime without the cost and hassle of a one to one session whilst still having someone who is committed to your progress.

About Your Coaches:

Lily Gaskell

Lily has been playing roller derby for almost 7 years and coaching for 6 years. She currently skates for Rainy City’s A team having previously skated for Sheffield Steel Rollergirls and London Rockin’ Rollers.

Having travelled all over the world playing at a high competitive level she understands not only the physical demands but the mental toughness required to play this sport and succeed at the highest level.


She is a qualified skating coach and is currently the head coach for Rainy City’s B team, the Tender Hooligans, whilst guest coaching with leagues around the country.

Lee Dubois

Lee is 44 years old, he has a BSc in Kinesiology, and is a qualified trainer. He has competed in a wide variety of sports; starting with baseball at 7 yrs old, then motor cross, American football, Olympic freestyle wrestling, Ice hockey, Rugby League, and recently Brazilian ju-jitsu.

He has been training Roller Derby Athletes for 5 years, creating programmes to compliment the physical demands of roller derby and challenge skaters to become better athletes.

He has a wealth of experience when it comes to programming off skates training at all levels from pre-mins to seasoned skaters. Along with his star student turned coach, Lee wants to help skaters from all over the world become the best Roller Derby athletes they can be!
